REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. About Our Services
At Sukiha, we offer a variety of beauty and nail services, including luxury treatments, nail art & effects, extensions & overlays, polish & finishes, and basic care & grooming.
Since each appointment is reserved especially for you and services are customized, all payments are generally non-refundable except in the situations mentioned below.
2. After Your Service Is Done
- Once your service has been completed, refunds cannot be provided
- Results may vary depending on individual preferences, nail condition, and aftercare
3. Booking Deposits
- Deposits paid to secure your appointment are non-refundable
However:
- Deposits can be moved to a new appointment if rescheduled within the allowed notice period
- Deposits will be forfeited in case of late cancellation or no-show
4. When Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds are only considered in the following cases:
- The appointment is cancelled within the allowed notice period and no rescheduling is requested
- We are unable to provide the service due to unexpected circumstances
- A duplicate or incorrect payment has been made
All refunds are subject to approval by our management team.
5. Health, Allergies & Reactions
- Clients must inform us about any allergies, sensitivities, or nail/skin conditions before the service
- We are not responsible for reactions if this information was not shared in advance
- Refunds will not be given based on dissatisfaction unless there is a clear service error
6. If a Service Isn’t Suitable
If a service is found unsuitable during consultation (before starting), we may:
- Recommend a more suitable alternative
- Offer a refund or service credit at our discretion
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
8. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation
- Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable
9. Policy Updates
Sukiha reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately once posted.
