Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out the conditions under which customers may request refunds or reschedule appointments.

General Rule

  • All sales are final. Refunds are only granted under the specific cases outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are considered only when:
    • The coupon has not been redeemed and is still valid.
    • The e-coupon was not delivered.
    • There was a duplicate or erroneous charge.
  • Refunds will not be granted for:
    • Change of mind.
    • Failure to redeem before expiry.
    • Missed appointments or no-shows.

Refund Request Process

  • To request a refund, email booking@sukiha.com with your full name, order ID, and reason for refund.
  • Requests must be made within 5 calendar days of purchase.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original credit card within 7–14 business days.
